Jenny Packham offers a 14-day return window for all orders, provided items are returned in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. We strive to make your return process as seamless as the craftsmanship of our garments.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring the RMA form is included and the security tags remain un-tampered.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and book a complimentary courier pick-up or drop it off at an authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
